Bread and cigarettes jumped in price.
In Ukraine, prices for certain products and goods for the year increased by 20-30%. For example, on average, a pack of cigarettes has risen in price by UAH 10, and a kilogram of bread by UAH 5. This follows from the data of the State Statistics Service, reports with reference to
Rice has risen in price from 23.57 to 27.23 UAH per kg, and chicken fillet from 83.10 to 107.62 UAH. Gasoline also rose in price. The most popular brand A-95 has risen in price from UAH 21.91 to UAH 29.27 per liter.

Note that the National Bank of Ukraine, due to a significant increase in inflation, decided to increase the discount rate by 0.5 percentage points — up to 8%. This will help stabilize the situation and slow down the rise in prices for goods and products.
