Investigators detained the head physician of the Vladikavkaz hospital, where nine people were killed the day before due to a breakdown in the oxygen system, the press service of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for North Ossetia told RIA Novosti. or the inaction of all officials responsible for the incident. Pliev was born in 1963. In 1986 he graduated from the North Ossetian State Medical Academy. For about ten years he worked as the chief physician of the Nakhabinsk city hospital of the Krasnogorsk municipal district of the Moscow region.
