Six people in Australia mistakenly received an ultra-low dose of COVID-19 vaccine due to improper preparation of the drug from Pfizer, ABC reported, saying that there is no threat to the vaccinated and they will receive additional vaccinations. However, the Queensland health authorities are forced to contact 66 vaccinated, because they do not know exactly which of them are the six people with the low dose of the vaccine. The reason for the doctors' misconduct was called an «administrative error.» An investigation is under way to avoid similar flaws in the future. The doctors explained that the Pfizer vaccine required adding a salt solution to each vial to produce six shots.
