According to the department, the incident occurred on Tuesday evening on the road leading from Perm to Krasnokamsk. A VAZ-21140 car driven by a 42-year-old man hit a stroller with a child born in 2021. The baby was fatally injured. On the way, he was accompanied by his mother, she was not hurt. It is preliminarily known that the woman ignored the traffic rules and crossed the carriageway where it was impossible to do it. «Upon the fact of the accident, a check is carried out, all the circumstances of the incident are established,» the traffic police of Perm informs on his Instagram account.
