After a meeting with Moldovan President Maia Sandu, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kozak said that Moscow and Chisinau should find a mutually beneficial solution on the gas issue. Kozak called the solution of the Transnistrian issue an internal affair of Moldova «We need a dialogue, we need a mutually beneficial solution on the gas issue, no one should give gifts to anyone, but no one should infringe on anyone,» Kozak told reporters at a briefing. Answering the question whether Moldova is expecting an increase in gas prices, the Deputy Prime Minister said that this topic should be discussed separately. Last summer, Moldovagaz began negotiations with Gazprom on concluding a three-year contract for the supply of natural gas, but negotiations have not yet been completed.
