According to the capital's police, on the night of September 13, a shooting took place near a restaurant at the address: Tverskaya Zastava, 1. The police officers who arrived at the scene found a man who refused to make a statement and an explanation, as well as to call an ambulance. It was established that an unknown person, out of hooligan motives, fired twice in his direction from an object that looked like a pistol. «A criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism with the use of weapons),» the press service of the Moscow GUMVD added.
