It was established that an unknown person, out of hooligan motives, fired twice in his direction from an object that looked like a pistol. «A criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism with the use of weapons),» the press service of the Moscow GUMVD added. A RIA Novosti source in law enforcement agencies specified that the victim is rapper Bledny (Andrey Pozdnukhov), the founder of the group 25/17.
