Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday will talk with the Tula governor Alexei Dyumin, press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov told reporters. «Later during the day, Putin will also meet with the governor of the Tula region Dyumin, also via videoconference,» Peskov said.
Putin will take part in the CSTO and SCO summit in Dushanbe via video link
