MOSCOW, 14 Sep. Have Leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Vladimir Zhirinovsky fell asleep during a debate on the TVTs channel. The footage shows how, while discussing the current policy of the authorities, the deputy had to sharply pull up his trousers. Earlier, Zhirinovsky arrived at the party's election rally in a troika with a coachman. The event, where party members discuss the upcoming elections to the State Duma, was held at the VTB-Arena.
