A resident of the Amur region drove on the roof of a train across the Crimean bridge, an inspection has begun on the fact of an administrative violation, Mikhail Timofeev, an official representative of the Crimean Linear Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for transport, told RIA Novosti. Earlier, a video recorded from the roof of a moving train appeared on Telegram channels. The authors of the publication claim that the train followed the Crimean bridge across the Kerch Strait. «The man's identity has been established. This is a resident of the city of Blagoveshchensk, Amur Region. He is 31 years old,» Timofeev told RIA Novosti. According to him, a check is being carried out against the man on the fact of violation of administrative legislation. We are talking about article 11.17 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of behavior of citizens on railway, air or water transport).
