At 15 years old, the patient weighs only 13 kilograms. The record shows that the girl is not provided with proper care either in the orphanage, where she spends most of her time, or in the hospital.

The girl has gastrostomy and tracheostomy, as well as bedsores. Since 2011, she has been sent to the hospital ten times.
