MOSCOW, 15 Sep. The general director of a company servicing gas equipment in an apartment building in a house in Noginsk that collapsed due to a gas explosion has been detained, according to the website of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. The largest accident with a domestic gas explosion in recent years occurred in the morning of September 8 in Noginsk near Moscow. As a result of the emergency, part of the nine-story building collapsed, seven people died and 15 more were injured.
