IRKUTSK, 16 Sep. The families of the four victims of the plane crash in the Kazachinsko-Lensky district of the Irkutsk region were paid 1 million rubles each, the regional government reports. The L-410 aircraft of the SiLa group of companies made a hard landing four kilometers from the village of Kazachinskoe in the Irkutsk region on September 12 at 18:15 Moscow time. There were 16 people on board: four were killed, 12 were injured. One crew member and three passengers were killed. The regional authorities decided to pay the families of those killed and injured 1 million rubles each. On Wednesday, victims in serious condition were transferred to bank accounts of 500 thousand rubles each, victims in a state of moderate severity — 250 thousand rubles each, in light — 100 thousand rubles each. The air carrier company will pay the families of the victims 300 thousand rubles each, the injured — 100 thousand each. «The Irkutsk region government transferred material assistance to the families of those killed in the plane crash in the Kazachinsko-Lensky region,» the message says. It is noted that 4 million rubles were allocated for payments from the reserve fund of the region. The circumstances of the plane crash will be investigated by employees of the central office of the Investigative Committee of Russia. The prosecutor's office is conducting a check on the fact of a hard landing. Piloting errors and equipment failure were preliminarily named as the causes of the accident.
