From October 1, the tariff of the State Enterprise “Ukrinterenergo” (the supplier of the “last resort”) will increase from UAH 613.16 to UAH 1238.17 MWh (excluding VAT).
According to the methodology for calculating the tariff for the services of the «last resort» supplier, NEURC will publish the tariff for services on the official website no later than five days before the start of the billing period for which this tariff is set.
- From January 1, 2019, Ukrinterenergo State Enterprise has been designated as the last resort supplier for the period until December 31, 2021. The price of electricity from the supplier of last resort is higher than the price of conventional suppliers. He is obliged to ensure the supply of electricity in cases of bankruptcy, liquidation, expiration or cancellation of the license, non-compliance with the requirements and market rules by the previous supplier.
