He noted that all polling stations in Moscow were closed at 20.00, electronic voting continues and will go on around the clock. «The first day passed without significant violations.» Reut said. According to the decision of the CEC, voting in the elections to the State Duma takes place this year on September 17-19, simultaneously with them regional and municipal elections will be held. Remote electronic voting this year, according to the decision of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, is being held in Moscow, and also in six more subjects — Kursk, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Murmansk and Rostov regions and Sevastopol. Moscow City Electoral Commission declared ballots from the open ballot box invalid
