MOSCOW, 18 Sep. LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky, while visiting a polling station in Odintsovo near Moscow, met a member of the human rights committee of the Pakistani Senate Walid Iqbal, politicians agreed on a visit of representatives of the Liberal Democrats to Islamabad. Zhirinovsky arrived at a polling station in Odintsovo, where State Duma deputy from the LDPR Sergey was voting Zhigarev. While the parliamentarians were examining the site, the Liberal Democratic leader was approached by a Pakistani senator who serves as an international election observer. The politicians talked in Russian, discussing peaceful coexistence on the planet. The head of Transnistria voted in the elections to the State Duma Iqbal also invited Zhirinovsky to Islamabad. He accepted the invitation, noting that he had not been to Pakistan before. At the same time, he added that he will visit Pakistan in winter and spend some of the time on vacation. Voting in the elections to the State Duma is taking place this year on September 17-19, simultaneously with regional and municipal elections.
