The second day of the three-day voting, during which deputies of the eighth convocation of the State Duma, nine heads of regions and representatives of 39 regional and local parliaments are elected, began in Russia. The elections are held from 17 to 19 September, polling stations will be open all days from 08.00 to 20.00. In all 85 regions, more than 4.4 thousand election campaigns of all levels are being held, more than 31 thousand seats will be substituted for them.
