EKATERINBURG, 18 Sep. The governor of the Sverdlovsk region, Yevgeny Kuyvashev, came to the polling station with a crutch and after the vote said that he had injured his leg. Earlier, a number of local media outlets wrote that Kuyvashev had broken his leg. The head of Kabardino-Balkaria voted on the second day of elections «I injured my leg a few days ago while jogging. Nothing serious. It hurts, of course, but it doesn’t interfere with work. I didn’t want to advertise in the hope that the bandage would be removed soon. The main thing was that I didn’t want to worry my relatives. But our journalists again confirmed that they are the most cunning and knowledgeable. They found out everything! So my mother read it in the media, called, worries, «the governor wrote on his Instagram page. The head of the region said that everything was fine with him. “I went to the polling station and voted. I don’t remember, by the way, that I ever missed a vote,” Kuyvashev noted. Voting in the Duma and other elections takes place this year from 17 to 19 September.
