The turnout in the elections to the State Duma in Russia exceeded 25 percent, said CEC Chairwoman Ella Pamfilova. «The turnout <...> as of 15:00 Moscow time was 25.64%,» she said at the CEC's information center. This indicator does not take into account remote electronic voting (DEG). According to her, the highest turnout is in the Kemerovo region, the Republic of Tyva, Karachay-Cherkessia — about 50%. The lowest is in St. Petersburg, Khakassia and the Leningrad region — about 15%. The single voting day this year takes place from 17 to 19 September. On each of these three days, you can vote from 8:00 to 20:00. They elect deputies, as well as heads of nine subjects, representatives of regional parliaments, municipal authorities.
«We need a strong parliament»: Vladimir Putin appealed to Russians 14 parties registered on federal candidate lists. According to the draw, in the ballot they will be arranged in the following order: Communist Party of the Russian Federation, «Greens», LDPR, «New People», «United Russia», «Fair Russia — For Truth», «Yabloko», Party of Growth, Russian Party of Freedom and Justice , «Communists of Russia», «Civic Platform», «Green Alternative», «Motherland» and the Party of Pensioners. By the decision of the CEC, remote electronic voting is organized in Moscow, as well as in Kursk, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Murmansk, Rostov regions and Sevastopol. The online turnout has already reached 70 percent.
