Omsk mayor Oksana Fadina, representing United Russia, leads the elections to the State Duma with 64.86% in the 141st Lyulinsky single-mandate constituency, according to the CEC data after 44.14% were counted. According to the Central Election Commission, after processing 44.14% of the protocols, Fadina 64.86%, Konstantin Tkachev from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation — 18.19%, Vladimir Kazanin from the «Communists of Russia» — 10.30%.
