The deputy of the Lviv City Council from the European Solidarity faction, Yuri Gryniv, painted a portrait of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the session hall, the video was published by Channel 24. “The Lviv deputy-artist from the EU, Yuri Gryniv, drew a portrait of Putin during the meeting,” the channel headlined video of the process of creating a portrait on your Facebook account.
