Nizhny Novgorod Region does not plan to extend non-working days

NIZHNY NOVGOROD, 5 nov. There are no plans to extend non-working days after November 7 in the Nizhny Novgorod region, said the head of the region Gleb Nikitin. The Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region said this, answering questions from subscribers on his Instagram about whether the region will extend the non-working days and whether the children will go out from Monday to school. “If there are no federal decisions, we will not buzz to extend non-working days,” wrote Nikitin. Since October 25, non-working days have been introduced in the Nizhny Novgorod region due to COVID. They do not apply to employees of continuous-cycle enterprises, medical, pharmacy, grocery and other life support organizations. Shopping centers, cinemas and theaters, cafes and restaurants are closed, access to museums and sports organizations is carried out only by QR codes. From November 8, QR codes will be required to visit catering establishments, shopping centers, beauty salons, hotels and amusement parks. After the end of the non-working days, the previously adopted norms will apply, providing for the transfer of at least 30% of employees to remote work. Golikova named the regions in which the situation with COVID-19 has worsened
