Tampa Bay coach Cooper entered into NHL COVID protocol


MOSCOW Dec 22 Tampa Bay coach John Cooper was hit National Hockey League (NHL) COVID protocol, journalist Brian Burns said on Twitter. Cooper is not present on the Tampa coaching bench in the current regular season match with Vegas. He is replaced by assistant Derek Lalonde, and several dozen NHL matches have been postponed due to COVID-19 outbreaks. Earlier it was reported that the regular season of the NHL will go on a Christmas break earlier than planned. The weekend will be December 22-25.
