Russian President Vladimir Putin MOSCOW, January 1 Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the Order of Friendship to the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Canada by Oleg Stepanov, follows from the decree published on the portal of legal information. German citizen Helmut Hahn, chairman of the public organization Forum named after R. Koch and II Mechnikov, was also awarded the Order of Friendship. The Order of Honor, in turn, received the Deputy Director of the Department for Nonproliferation and Arms Control of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Vladimir Leontyev.
