VAL DI FIEMME (ITALY), Jan 3 Russian skier Natalia Nepryaeva won the ten kilometers mass start in the classic style at the Tour de Ski. The penultimate, fifth stage of the race was held in Val di Fiemme (Italy). The Russian athlete covered the distance in 29 minutes 51.3 seconds. The second place was taken by the Norwegian Heidi Veng (lagging — 3.7 seconds), the third was Krista Pärmyakoski (+4.8) from Finland. The results of other Russians: 10. Tatiana Sorina (+53.1); 17. Lilia Vasilieva (+1.23.8); 21. Anastasia Rygalina (+1.38.4); 34. Ekaterina Smirnova (+2.33.2); 37. Khristina Matsokina (+2.54.2); 41. Yana Kirpichenko (+3.06.2). At the previous stage in the German Obersdorf on January 1, Nepryaeva won the sprint in the classic style and topped the overall standings. «Tour de Ski», uniting three stages of the World Cup, started on December 28. In total, six races will take place within the framework of the stage race. The final start will take place on 4 January also in Val di Fiemme.
