Nutritionist Masha Asingerova suggested on Instagram a list of useful habits that will help you make healthy and productive year.
1. Get enough sleep . Sleep at least 7-8 hours a day. Sleep affects your hormones, weight, beauty and the desire to eat something harmful.

2. Be sure to have breakfast within 30-60 minutes after waking up. Breakfast gives a signal to all hormones, so it should be balanced and nutritious.
3. Choose simple products . The simpler the composition, the better. Ideally, choose foods that you can grow or feed yourself. So that you clearly understand the composition.

4. Variety . Eat like the rainbow and keep your plate bright at all times. Avoid the same type of food.

5. Mode and rhythm . Observe the intervals between meals and observe one long break of 12-14 hours. For example, dinner at 7:00 pm and breakfast at 8:00 am.

6. Activity every day . Walking, dancing, sports, yoga, swimming. Choose what you like best or alternate the load.
