On Monday, Taliban * fighters * clashed with Turkmen border guards in the Afghan northern province of Jowzjan. 
«Reports of border disputes between Afghanistan and Turkmenistan are false. There are no problems between us and our neighbor Turkmenistan, and we want to have diplomatic and friendly relations with friendly countries and all countries of the world,» Balkhi wrote on Twitter.
