Archival photo KYIV, 5 January Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called the visit of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell to Donbass part of the Russian containment measures. Borrell is on a working visit to Ukraine from 4 to 6 January. His visit to Donbass together with Kuleba is scheduled for Wednesday. «This (the visit of the EU representative — ed.) Should also be considered as part of the containment package. The visit is timely and is a concrete manifestation of support for Ukraine and solidarity with Ukrainians living in the war zone in Donbass.» , — said Kuleba in a comment to the Ukrinform agency. According to him, at the meeting, in particular, it is planned to discuss reaching a consensus on a package of economic sanctions against the Russian Federation.
