In Kazakhstan, a video was circulated with a detained man, who said that for $ 200 he flew from Kyrgyzstan to participate in a rally in Almaty. The man was identified as a Kyrgyz jazz musician Vikram Ruzakhunov, who often tours in Kazakhstan. This is reported by Kaktus Media.
“On January 1, strangers phoned me and offered to participate to sell at a rally for 90 thousand tenge. Since I am unemployed in Kyrgyzstan, I agreed, ”says Ruzakhunov in a video circulated in Kazakh media. The footage shows that the man has scratches and injuries on his face.

As the detainee says in the video, he flew to Almaty on January 2, after which he was taken to an apartment where citizens of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan lived. “When the rally began, I got scared, returned to my apartment, spent the night and decided to go home the next day,” he said.
As the relatives of Ruzakhunov said, they cannot get through to him and do not know where the musician is. They turned to the competent authorities of Kyrgyzstan for help.
