Why there can be stomach problems
According to the expert, you should be careful with food on holidays and for those who did not observe strict fasting. A large amount of meat products, salads with mayonnaise, can cause a serious blow to the body.
Exit from fasting for the holiday should be started with boiled fish, eggs and dairy products.
Animal fats can become so-called provocateurs, and the biliary system can experience stress due to the abundance of meat, meat broths. Such foods will cause a sharp separation of bile.
The kidneys may also not be ready for abundant protein foods and this can cause renal and hepatic colic, a gout attack, indigestion and bowel problems.
If you have problems with kidneys, liver and stomach, do not immediately pounce on sausages, chops and cutlets.
Avoiding meat during the fasting period lowers the level of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, which is needed to process animal protein. And after prolonged abstinence, meat abruptly returns to the diet, and there is not enough acid.

- Meat should be introduced in small quantities. No steaks or boiled pork in the early days — only baked, boiled and not red.

How to drink alcohol after fasting
