MOSCOW, Jan 13 Frenchman Quentin Fillon Maillet won the sprint race in sixth stage of the Biathlon World Cup, which takes place in Ruhpolding, Germany. He covered the distance of 10 kilometers in 23 minutes 23.7 seconds, without allowing a single miss. Second place was taken by German Benedikt Doll (0 misses, 7.2 seconds back), third was Anton Smolsky (1 miss, +32.1 seconds) from Belarus. Maksim Tsvetkov, the best of the Russians, finished 21st with one penalty, 1 behind minute 6.3 seconds. Daniil Serokhvostov became 23rd (1 miss, +1.10.6), Alexander Povarnitsyn — 31st (1 miss, +1.19.1), Alexander Loginov — 32nd (2 misses, +1.19.5), Karim Khalili — 35th (2 misses, +1.20.8), Anton Babikov — 71st (2 misses, +2.06.8). The stage program will continue with the women's relay race, which will be held on Friday.
