MOSCOW, Jan 12 Meeting of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) regular championship between Vityaz Podolsk and Barys from Nur-Sultan was canceled due to eight cases of coronavirus infection in the Moscow Region team, according to the press service of the league. The match was to be held on January 13. It is reported that positive results were given by PCR tests of four hockey players and four representatives of «Vityaz». The option to host the match will be further decided on Wednesday. The KHL announced on Wednesday that meetings scheduled for 15, 17, 19 and 21 January have been postponed due to coronavirus outbreaks in clubs. In the next three playing days, only matches will be played for those clubs where there will be no worsening of the epidemiological situation.
