Also, the Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance to submit to the government a draft decision on the allocation of 187.8 million rubles for research of a vaccine against coronavirus. The funds will be used to complete the first and second phases of studies of an intranasal vaccine for the prevention of coronavirus in 2022. It is also noted that council members should promptly submit to the government additional proposals on measures aimed at preventing the spread of the new omicron coronavirus strain in Russia.
