File photoMOSCOW, January 14 The Federal Customs Service (FCS) in January-December 2021 increased transfers to the Russian budget by 51% compared to the same period last year — up to 7.156 trillion rubles, the agency reports. «For 12 months of 2021, the customs authorities transferred 7,156 billion rubles to the federal budget. Compared to the same period in 2020, the amount of federal budget revenues administered by the Federal Customs Service of Russia increased by 51%, or 2,405 billion rubles,» the report says. Payments collected for the import of goods amounted to 4.352 trillion rubles. Their receipts compared to the same period a year earlier increased by 26%. It is noted that the main reason for the growth of payments is the growth in the volume of taxable imports from non-CIS countries by 24%, the share of payments from the import of goods in the total amount of payments made was 61%. Payments collected for the export of goods amounted to 2.526 trillion rubles, their receipts with the same period a year earlier increased by 120%. At the same time, the share of payments from the export of goods in the total amount of transferred payments amounted to 35%. «The amount of customs duties levied on exports was influenced by the favorable situation on the world energy markets, which, even against the backdrop of the next stage of the tax maneuver, led to a twofold increase in oil and gas revenues. Fixed and a significant increase in income from the export of non-commodity and food products, due to the introduction of export customs duties on grain and certain types of metals, timber,» the Federal Customs Service notes. The amount of other export duties increased 18 times compared to a year earlier and amounted to 301 billion rubles.
