Investigative Committee of the Russian FederationPERM, Jan 14 Criminal case against a pensioner charged with shooting from the window of the house towards the kindergarten in Perm and the police, referred to the court to resolve the issue of the application of coercive medical measures, according to the website of the regional investigation department of the RF IC. According to the department, on September 16, 2021, an 81-year-old resident of an apartment building in Perm fired several times from a hunting rifle at the front door of the neighbors, and then from the window of the apartment in the direction of the kindergarten, located opposite the house in the Industrial District of the city. After that, the pensioner began to shoot in the direction of the arriving police officers. The man was charged under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism), part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the threat of violence against a representative of power in connection with the performance of his official duties), as well as under Part 1 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for illegal possession of firearms in the house.
