MOSCOW, Jan 15 Forward of the Yaroslavl KHL club Lokomotiv Reed Boucher admitted himself guilty of raping a minor, according to the Detroit Free Press. The crime occurred in 2011, when Bush was 17 years old, and his victim was 12. charged with a first-degree sexual offense carrying a sentence of 25 years to life in prison. In a December hearing, District Judge Patrick Conlin allowed Bush to file for a lesser charge and agreed to sentence him without prior jail time. The judge cited Bush's age at the time of the rape, as well as the statute of limitations for the crime. It is noted that the victim was outraged by the decision of the court.
