According to the newspaper, Bolat Nazarbayev and «another five or six people» crossed the border of Kyrgyzstan on January 6. Border service officials said that «Bolat Nazarbayev and his entourage were met by people close to the Kyrgyz authorities.» Also, several employees of the Manas airport in Bishkek reported that “Bolat Nazarbayev and several other people flew to Dubai through Kyrgyzstan.”
In addition, airport spokeswoman Aliya Kurbanova confirmed that on January 6, a private Bombardier jet that had previously arrived there from Dubai. “Who owns the plane is unknown.
