MOSCOW, Jan 18 Goalkeeper Ivan Konovalov moved from Rubin Kazan to Livingston, according to the website of the Scottish football club. It is noted that the 27-year-old Russian still has to apply for a work permit. The contract was signed for a year and a half with the option of extending for another season.
