We found out the cost of apartments in residential complexes in large cities of Ukraine.
The most expensive housing is traditionally sold in the capital — an average of UAH 34,700 per m². Slightly cheaper apartments are in Dnipro. Then comes Odessa, Lviv, Kharkov and Kyiv region, Khronika.info reports with reference to TSN.
Using the LUN platform, we compared the cost of housing in new buildings in large cities of Ukraine as of the beginning of 2022.
Kiev

- 2-room apartment – 2.28 million UAH< /li>

Minimum price – UAH 17,200

Where is it profitable to buy an apartment
So, a cheaper average price for apartments in new buildings Kharkov, Lvov and Odessa. A one-room apartment in these regions will cost from UAH 0.9 to 1.19 million.
The most expensive housing in Ukraine is sold in Kiev and Dnieper. Moreover, the average price per m² significantly differs. In the capital, a square costs on average UAH 8,200 more. However, you can buy the cheapest housing in the Kiev region.
