The Conflict Intelligence Team (CIT) has spotted Russian troops 90 km from the Kiev region during an exercise in Belarus. This is stated in the telegram channel CIT.

In a photo allegedly taken near the Rechitsa station in the Gomel region, north of Kiev, investigators found a transport-loading vehicle 9T452 Uragan MLRS .
The day before, the Digital Forensic Research Lab blog under the Atlantic Council expert group published information about the unloading of the same Russian Uragan multiple launch rocket systems in Rechitsa. In addition, users of social networks noticed a similar frame near the Ivanovka stop — from it a little more than 40 kilometers to the border with the Chernihiv region of Ukraine, and from the Kiev region — about 90 kilometers.
“The appearance of Russian technology in the immediate vicinity from the border with the Kiev region is of particular concern due to statements by CNN sources, according to which there is intelligence that Russian troops may try to take Kiev and effect a change of power in Ukraine.
The fact is that all the main government buildings in Kiev are located on the western bank of the Dnieper,
and a possible offensive from the north makes it possible not to overcome such a significant water barrier (unlike an offensive from Russian-Ukrainian border)”,
