A simple majority of MPs from only the two ruling parties was enough to make the decision, but an overwhelming majority voted in favor of the bill. It was accepted in the third reading.

From the beginning of February until March 15, people who have not yet been vaccinated should receive the vaccine. The authorities will send a notification by mail. From March 15, compliance with the obligation will be monitored, for violation there is a fine of up to 600 euros, the maximum fine during the year can be up to 3.6 thousand euros. 
Bill Gates warned of pandemics worse than coronavirus. The exceptions are people under 18, pregnant women, people for whom vaccination may be associated with health risks. In the case of those who have been ill, the exception is valid for 180 days after a positive test for coronavirus. The vaccine lottery was also considered in the package with this bill — from March 15, every tenth participant will be able to win a coupon for 500 euros for each vaccination done.
