SARANSK, Jan 20 Figure skater Yegor Rukhin is in first place after the short program in the men's single skating at the Russian Junior Championships, which takes place in Saransk. In the short program, Rukhin scored 86.09 points. In second place is Artem Kovalev (85.02), in third is Ilya Yablokov (83.22).
