According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, from 2016 to 2018, Tokarev, working as the first deputy general director of SpetsTransStroy LLC, to steal money attracted several people from the management of this company, Glavstroyinvest LLC and other related legal entities. The day before, searches were carried out in the official’s office and his house, the deputy minister himself was detained and charged under part four of Article 159 of the Criminal Code. The investigation intends to petition for arrest.
