File photoGENEVA, Jan 21 The meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken on security guarantees will last two hours, several sources close to the delegations told RIA Novosti. Russian and American delegations arrived in Geneva on Thursday evening. As expected, negotiations will begin at 11.00 local time (13.00 Moscow time). RIA Novosti sources in both delegations indicated that the talks would last from 2 to 2.5 hours, after which Lavrov and Blinken would hold press conferences separately. Cassis, who also holds the post of Foreign Minister of the country.
