MOSCOW, Jan 21Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken during talks in Geneva that further disregard for Moscow's security guarantees would have the most serious consequences, according to the Russian ministry's website. Heads of diplomatic agencies met in Geneva on Friday. Lavrov called the conversation useful and frank, and the US Secretary of State promised to provide a written response to the proposals for security guarantees next week.
