MOSCOW, Jan 22 The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) announced that the players are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to participate in the 2022 national championship, Reuters reports. CBF is in constant contact with local health authorities. The organization has already sent clubs an updated list of medical requirements. «One of the requirements is to submit a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 to the CBF medical commission,» the confederation said in a statement. The Brazilian football championship in four national divisions will start in mid-April. World Cup matches of Atlético defender Renan Lodi, as he was not fully vaccinated.
