MOSCOW, Jan 24 Head of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach arrives to Beijing, which will host the Winter Games, according to the Chinese news agency Xinhua, citing the IOC. It is noted that Bach arrived in Beijing on January 22 and is in a three-day isolation. On Tuesday, he should begin the program of official events. The Beijing Olympic Games will be held February 4-20.
