Khabib's concert, scheduled for Sunday evening in Vilnius, was canceled, a representative of the organizers of the show said. According to LRT, the head of the parliamentary committee on national security and defense, Laurynas Kasciunas, addressed the Foreign Ministry last week. In his opinion, when inviting performers, the organizers of the concert should take into account the geopolitical situation. «Perhaps in a few minutes direct hostilities will begin against our friends in Ukraine. Such concerts are a complete misunderstanding. I would like there to be no need for any bans from of the state so that such decisions are made thanks to the conscience of the organizers of the event,» the radio quoted the official as saying. Earlier, Oleg Gazmanov, Grigory Leps and Philip Kirkorov were included in the list of undesirable persons in Lithuania.
