MOSCOW, Jan 24 Denver center Nikola Jokic and Atlanta point guard Trae Young was named the NBA Western and Eastern Conference Week 14 Player of the Year, respectively, according to the association's Twitter account. Jokic helped Denver win two wins in three games. The center averaged 36.3 points, 11.3 rebounds and 10 assists per game.
