US President Joseph Biden held talks via secure video link with European leaders. The key topic was the accumulation of Russian troops near the Ukrainian borders, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to Channel 24.
The US presidential administration summed up the results of the negotiations. They stressed that all leaders, without exception, expressed concern about the escalation from Russia.

All leaders confirmed their constant concern about the Russian military buildup near the borders of Ukraine. They expressed support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state.
The leaders stressed their joint desire for a diplomatic solution to the current tensions and reviewed recent contacts with Russia in various formats.
