MOSCOW, 25 Jan. In the China Museum of the Terracotta Army, previously unknown figurines made of gold, silver and bronze were found. This was reported by the Xinhua news agency. They were found in pit number one. It has three burial chambers. The remains of a horse and a chariot were also excavated there. According to scientists, the found relics indicate the high status of the owner of the tomb. Archaeologists have managed to recover gold and silver camel figurines, dancing figurines made of gold, a jade tripod and a hound dog made of silver. An army of terracotta warriors was discovered in 1974. The statues were buried with Emperor Qin Shi Huang (259 BC — 210 BC). He unified China and founded the Qin Dynasty.
